If you want to manage your property yourself, we also offer a leasing agency service. 
At Centex Sunshine Realty, we take the hassle out of leasing and help landlords find qualified, reliable tenants quickly and efficiently. Our comprehensive leasing services are designed to protect your investment, minimize vacancies, and maximize your returns.

From strategic marketing and professional showings to thorough tenant screening and lease preparation, we handle the entire process with care and expertise. We know the rental market inside and out, and we use that knowledge to position your property competitively and attract high-quality tenants. 

 You will have the confidence in knowing the prospective tenants are professionally screened. At any time, you can have us step back in and fully manage the property. 

- We will evaluate the property and propose recommendations.

- We will market the property, schedule showings, accept and process applications (includes background, credit, and income verification). 

- Ensure the tenant obtains renter’s insurance.

- Complete lease documents. 

- Renewals for current tenants we signed original lease.

- For tenants on a non-Texas Association of Realtors Lease, we will require a new TR Lease. 

- Provide a list of recommended vendors and coordinate repairs.

- Provide guidelines for landlord and tenant responsibilities. 

*Optional:

- Periodic property inspections with a complete report and recommendations. 
- Evictions: serving notices, filing and court appearance. court/mailing document.
